Refund Policy

At UNICEF we ensure to provide our donors a seamless journey when making a donation, even when one feels they need to end their donation support.

We are committed to best practices and treat all requests for refunds with the utmost importance. All refund requests should come through the donor registered email address, i.e. the email address on which a donor has registered with UNICEF when initiating the donation. Please be reminded that your request for refund of your donation may take 7-10 business days to process. If your due date falls in between a scheduled donation, your card may get charged but can be refunded later upon request.

During the cancellation our representative may ask you for the reason of cancellation, we hope you cooperate to help us serve our donors better in the future.
